Prior to ESPN, Aaron brought his creative and technical sense to Colorado's top design agencies, leading interactive projects for Steamboat Ski & Resort, Spyder Active Sports, HP, and Warren Miller Films. He studied Computer Science, Engineering and Design, and holds a B.S. in Technical Communication from Michigan Tech.

Joshua Warchol / Senior Software Engineer

Joshua came to Fanzter with a background in web development and systems administration. With experience gained from several startups, he wrangles servers and software alike. Joshua received a B.S. in Computer Science from Southern Connecticut State University.

Jennifer Maxwell / Fashion Editor

Jennifer has a huge love for the art that is fashion and a tremendous appreciation for the artists behind the designs. You can find her devouring the pages of fashion editorials and scouring the web for ready-to-wear, haute couture and every garment and accessory in between. She is inspired by fearless edgy style mavens like Gwen Stefani, Nicole Richie, and Rachel Bilson who effortlessly take the trends and make them their own. Jen studied fashion advertising in Boston, pursued a modeling career in NYC and settled in the middle — West Hartford, CT.

Aaron LaBerge / CEO & Co-founder

Before co-founding Fanzter, Aaron served as senior vice president, technology & product development at ESPN. He was responsible for all consumer-facing technology development for the company. As an integral leader in the creation and growth of ESPN.com, Aaron was responsible for many of the site’s most pioneering products (GameCast, ESPN Motion) and played a leading role in establishing its position as a leader in new technology. Aaron received a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of South Carolina.

Jon Ferry / Software Engineer

Before joining Fanzter in June of 2009, Jon designed and developed software for organizations both large and small, including The Hartford and Fairchild Semiconductor. He holds a B.S. in Software Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology. When he's not inside making things with his computer, he's outside skiing, mountain biking, running, or playing soccer or basketball.

Eric Kirsten / EVP & Co-founder

Before Fanzter, Eric was a serial entrepreneur, having been a founder and director for TrueChat, Inc. (acquired by Terayon Communications), and Ames Seminars. He also served as VP, Business Development for AT&T Broadband and as an SVP, Product Management for GlobalCenter. Eric currently sits on the advisory boards of MyWaves, Inc. and Sara Happ Cosmetics.
